About the Role
The Client Services team is responsible for the creative output of client campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and bringing brands' creative visions to life. This role involves working directly with creators and brands to source talent, guide creative, manage content, and ensure campaign success. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social trends, enjoys working with creators, and wants to be at the heart of the creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, creator partnerships, budgets, and timings across executional workflows.
- Act as a central resource, facilitating collaboration by bringing in the right expertise at the right time.
- Facilitate client retention and satisfaction through quality creative output and excellent operational standards.
- Project manage, organize, and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery with exemplary client service.
- Manage, develop, and mentor direct reports, supporting career pathing and goal setting.
- Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring they stay on track.
- Manage and analyze large datasets, interpreting and presenting data to stakeholders.
- Ensure creator briefing materials and casting reflect the brand's vision and campaign needs.
- Develop client relationships and deepen partnerships, identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Showcase strong client and objection handling skills, knowing when to escalate issues.
- Lead and participate in internal and external meetings, contributing knowledge of the brand, creators, strategy, and goals.
- Assess campaign performance and KPIs with internal stakeholders to determine if objectives were met.
Requirements
- 4+ years of agency or brand experience.
- Experience managing a team, including career development.
- Solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem.
- Experience working in the creator economy.
- Proficient in managing and analyzing large datasets with advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Confident interpreting and presenting data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations within the social media advertising ecosystem.
- Ability to thrive in an environment valuing collaboration, flexibility, and scrappiness over job titles and rigid structure.
- Curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive 'can do' attitude.
- Appreciation and understanding of the value of creativity.
- Multiple languages is a plus.
