About the Role
The Senior Product Lead – Investor Engagement is a key senior position accountable for leading the Global Investor Engagement product experience to enhance the growth, definition, and direction of Investor Relations products and services. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction and evolution of the initiative within the Issuer Services Registry team, managing interactions between senior business stakeholders, solution architects, and implementation teams to define features and capabilities with a focus on end-user and growth outcomes. This role owns the full lifecycle of the primary vision for the Investor Engagement Business, overseeing product, service, and channel roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. It ensures product and service evolution impacts Global Investor Engagement's financial/budgetary goals by aligning revenue opportunities and reducing cost to service. The role promotes a culture of innovation with a relentless focus on the client end-user, leading practice integration with other intra-company disciplines and promoting toolsets and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Help set the vision and strategic direction of US Issuer Client products and service suite, and how channels support customers.
- Ensure the vision and direction of products, services, and channels align with company financial goals.
- Identify new products, features, ideas, models, and channels for consideration, including disruptive opportunities in US markets.
- Ensure product and channel initiative outputs flow into the agile delivery model.
- Promote a culture of innovation across regions to drive customer-focused product, service, and channel direction.
- Document business cases, including financial/usage forecasting and ROI metrics.
- Provide regular product/channel metrics within US, UCIA & ANZ Registry reporting to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Product Management Experience and Leadership
- Experience with Product Management Strategy such as buyer-persona targeting, user journey creation, development & communication; G2M planning and enablement
- Strong Communication Skills
