About the Role

The Medical Director of Acute Care Psychiatry provides clinical and administrative leadership for the department’s Inpatient Psychiatry Services. This physician leader partners with nursing, departmental leadership, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality acute care, focusing on evidence-based practices, measurable outcomes, and patient experience. The Medical Director collaborates with the Vice Chair of Clinical Services and MSBI Site Chair for clinical care and quality/safety initiatives.
