About the Role

BRAVO is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a contract with multiple ongoing projects for a public agency client. BRAVO is a partnership focused on modernizing vital infrastructure and iconic facilities, delivering architectural, engineering, and construction management services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical, professional, and managerial staff, designers, consultants, and contractors to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Participate in joint scope meetings and assist project management.
• Oversee the creation of quantity take-offs and cost evaluations based on scope meetings and relevant documents.
• Review and analyze contractor-submitted cost estimates, providing recommendations.
• Participate in cost-related negotiations to support project planning and budgeting.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience with public agencies is preferred.
• Experience with Job Order Contracts or a similar construction delivery method is preferred.

• Onsite Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)

Experience Level

Education Level

• Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; minimum of an Associates degree is required.

Salary/Compensations

• $90,000—$115,000 USD
