About the Role

As a Head Cashier, you will lead the front-end team to ensure smooth and efficient checkout operations. You will oversee shift schedules, guide and coach cashier team members, and maintain accurate handling of various payment types. • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to promote cashier performance and growth
• Capable of managing shift schedules, maintaining front-end cleanliness, and ensuring supplies are stocked
• Clear and effective communication with team members and customers
