About the Role
We are looking for an individual to manage the production of design team deliverables, lead design team development, and participate in various coordination and stakeholder meetings. This role involves maintaining comment logs, producing meeting documentation, and participating in financial reporting meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production of design team deliverables (SD - CA).
- Lead and participate with the design team in developing contract deliverables.
- Lead interdisciplinary technical coordination meetings.
- Lead and participate in BIM coordination meetings.
- Lead and participate in SFMTA stakeholder technical group meetings.
- Maintain and manage Constructability Review comment logs.
- Produce meeting agendas and minutes.
- Participate in internal Arcadis financial reporting meetings with Senior PM/ Executive leadership team.
- Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for the bus maintenance and repair building, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- US licensure required.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience.
- Experience with industrial, transit, or public infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial workflows, and maintenance facility requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
