About the Role
Lead the technical design and construction phase delivery of a large-scale bus maintenance and repair facility, demonstrating deep expertise in industrial and transportation facility design with a focus on design-build delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for the bus maintenance and repair building, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture; US licensure required.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience, preferably with industrial, transit, or public infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial workflows, and maintenance facility requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
