About the Role

We are seeking experienced Project Producers & Lead Producers to oversee and manage future contracts. This role involves building networks and collaborating on ambitious projects in experience design, installation, audience interaction, exhibition, and immersive contexts. We are not considering Assistant Producers, early-career Producers, or those with live performance experience at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex projects across a wide range of experiential design techniques, ensuring good process and accurate reporting.
  • Play a key role in team development and sustaining client relationships.
  • Provide effective communication, project management, and meet delivery and quality objectives.
  • Oversee all budgets, focusing on delivering full scope within target margins.
  • Negotiate contracts and balance risk appropriately.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business/projects.
  • Own creative pitch briefs, attend briefings, and guide scoping, pricing, and structure.
  • Allocate appropriate team members to pitches and review responses.
  • Present projects to clients in pitches or support others in doing so.
  • Maintain consistency in project management and lead regular reviews.
  • Evaluate industry and market status to ensure relevant product delivery.
  • Anticipate future industry direction and contribute to company strategy.
  • Line manage others and contribute to wider team professional development.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3-7 years of professional experience as a Project Producer in an interdisciplinary design context.
  • Approximately 7-12 years of professional experience for Senior Producer roles.
  • Approximately 12+ years of professional experience for Lead Producer roles.
  • Proven success launching large-scale campaigns or experiential projects.
  • Experience across all aspects of the production cycle.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage changing variables and make decisive next steps.
  • Experience working autonomously and proactively with good judgment for escalation.
  • Very experienced managing complexity and multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrable experience in constructive conflict resolution.
  • Significant experience managing budgets, assessing financial risk, maintaining budget accuracy, and meeting margins.
  • Strong experience as a creative collaborator across design disciplines.
