About the Role
Product Specialists will professionally and courteously help customers with their vehicle technology questions by email, by phone and in person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and courteously help customers with their vehicle technology questions by email, by phone and in person.
- Ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.
- Accurately manage inquiries and update customer files using MS Office Suite and CRM/lead management tools.
- Demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of vehicles using print, digital, and in-person communication.
- Vary communication style to meet the needs of the customer.
- Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Process data and organize it for management analysis.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and compute figures for discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Follow work rules and procedures.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Work independently and complete assignments within given parameters, routines, and standard practices.
- Interact well with others.

- Ability to interact well with others.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Prior retail experience is required.
- Ability to lift no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequently lift or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and walk on a regular basis.
- Ability to hear and talk.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion.
- Ability to work in both covered (showroom) and outdoor areas.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (may be required for some positions).
