About the Role
Searcys is seeking an Events Planning Manager to join the team at 30 Euston Square. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of Food & Beverage Events Operations at a prestigious London venue.
Responsibilities
- Manage and plan all bookings in accordance with company policies and procedures to protect brand reputation and maintain profit margins.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, prices, facilities, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and oversee the booking diary to ensure timely attention to all bookings.
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Represent 30 Euston Square professionally when interacting with clients, colleagues, and industry peers.
- Effectively manage allocated bookings and oversee the progress of bookings allocated to junior team members.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of Internal and External Hire Agreements, including cancellation policies.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of internal and external rates.
- Process and manage all accounting procedures, including deposits, invoices, credit notes, and debt.
- Ensure that events only take place after relevant deposit payments have been received.
- Demonstrate competitor awareness and conduct competitor analysis when required.
- Process and manage all client requirements in compliance with food, health, and safety regulations.
- Book third-party approved suppliers as agreed by the client and manage these bookings alongside the main event.
- Ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are adhered to.
- Attend all requested meetings and training courses.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
