About the Role
As a Founders Associate (m/f/d), you will work closely with the management team and report directly to the CEO. You will play an integral role in our journey, with plenty of opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic and operational partner to the executive management team, particularly the CEO.
- Ensure alignment, focus, and effective execution across all areas of the company.
- Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team by managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Structure and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete actions and operational execution.
- Prepare decision papers, executive briefings, and strategic materials.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to support company growth.
- Contribute to the efficient scaling of the company while safeguarding its mission and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a full-time role (0-2 years) or through relevant internships in fields such as consulting, defence, project management, or strategy.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe when required.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin.
