About the Role
A postdoctoral fellow is sought to conduct computational biology research in spatial biology, focusing on developing innovative machine learning/AI methods and software for multi-scale, multi-modality spatial omic data analyses and integration for human disease applications. The role involves collaborating with experts at ISMMS in both basic and clinical research.
Responsibilities

- Apply methods to understand molecular mechanisms of cancer, hematological, and neurological diseases.
- Collaborate with diverse experts at ISMMS in both basic and clinical research.
Requirements
- PhD degree in a quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong machine learning skills.
- Strong programming skills.
- Prior experience in analyzing spatial transcriptomics data.
- Demonstrated productivity through first-author peer-reviewed publications.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
