About the Role

The administrative coordinator is responsible for conducting a range of tasks related to the MSHS Workplace Violence Initiative, with an initial primary focus on the collection and preparation of WPV data from various sources. This individual will report to the program director.

Responsibilities

• Collects, prepares, and enters data from various sources for inclusion in the Safety Stratus WPV dashboard
• Assists in the preparation and review of WPV data for publication, presentation, and dissemination
• Creates and distributes regular reports from Safety Net to leaders
• Communicates relevant data with local WPV committees and other stakeholders
• Collaborates on maintaining materials for the WPV Library
• Answers routine and specific inquiries when possible, and directs inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
• Assists with meeting compliance requirements
• Researches best practices with regard to WPV in healthcare issues
• Coordinates administrative, secretarial and/or general office support coverage
• Performs other related duties

Requirements

• 1-3 years related administrative or internship experience required

Experience Level

• 1-3 years

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of applicable experience and education
• Master’s degree preferred

Salary/Compensations

• $66482.07 - $74250 Annually
