- Partner with the Special Events team to project manage marketing components for Heartshare's signature events, including annual galas and other fundraising events.
- Develop and execute event marketing plans encompassing email, website, print collateral, environmental graphics, and outreach strategies to drive attendance and revenue.
- Partner with the VP of Strategic Communications to plan and execute integrated fundraising appeals, including year-end giving campaigns, Giving Tuesday, and other direct-response fundraising initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for State Street Healing, Heartshare's mental health clinic, including awareness, referral, and community outreach efforts tailored to the clinic's target audiences.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance tracking, providing regular reporting to the VP of Strategic Communications.
- Oversee Heartshare's website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and search.
- Partner with programs and external affairs staff to maintain up-to-date program pages, event listings, donation pathways, and clinic information.
- Coordinate with external web vendors or developers as needed for maintenance, updates, and enhancements.
- Manage Heartshare's paid media strategy across digital and traditional channels, including Google Ad Grants, Meta advertising, out-of-home, hyperlocal media, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and optimize ad campaigns to support clinic referrals, brand awareness, and other organizational priorities.
- Track and report on paid media performance, ensuring efficient use of budget.
