About the Role

BCG's Tech and Digital Advantage Practice (TDA) is seeking new team members to support clients in gaining competitive advantage through data, technology, and digital. This role operates at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients strategically adapt to technological changes. Consultants will have end-to-end responsibility for project modules, develop specialized knowledge, and apply generalist consulting skills to strategic digital and technology questions.

Responsibilities

Support clients across a variety of industries in gaining competitive advantage through data, technology, and digital.
Operate at the intersection between business and technology.
Help clients think strategically about how technology will change the shape of their business.
Take end-to-end responsibility for larger and more complex modules within a BCG project.
Develop specialized knowledge to solve client problems.
Work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their issues.
Create strategies for change.
Win buy-in for recommendations.
Collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
Work side-by-side with all practice areas to create value and competitive advantage for clients.
Help clients answer questions regarding AI disruption, data and analytics for personalized outreach, and agile methodologies for digital service delivery.

Requirements

Exceptional talent from consulting or industry with a strong focus on technology, digital initiatives, or digital strategy.
Relevant experience could include working on technology or digital projects at a consulting firm.
Supporting digital initiatives in corporate roles (e.g., business analyst, digital project lead).
Contributing to projects in tech start-ups or scale-ups.
Roles in consulting-like industries (e.g., digital strategy, digital marketing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Outstanding academic achievements (bachelor’s or advanced degree).
A broad skillset and passion for digital & technology is important.
Authenticity, exceptional work, and strong integrity.
