About the Role
We are looking for Product Managers to own high-leverage surfaces, focusing on consumer outreach, communication, and trust-building to transform missed payments into fresh starts. These roles are crucial for scaling the company from a single product to a multi-product organization, expanding beyond our initial focus on collections to cover the entire consumer credit lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own one of our highest-leverage surfaces: how we reach consumers, how we talk with them and how we earn the trust that turns a missed payment into a fresh start.
- Set a new standard with an opinionated strategy, experiments that prove what works, and systems that allow the team to make good calls without direct supervision.
- Push LLM infrastructure to create a borrower experience that adapts to each person in real time.
- Build outbound communication systems that self-tune, learning what to say and when without human intervention.
- Set the standards that allow the team to decide without you in the room.
- Run tight loops, acting at 70% on reversible calls and adjusting as you learn.
- Operate at every altitude, getting into the trenches to learn ground truth and refining information flows.
- Push AI further into the work than almost any company you've worked at.
Requirements
- Treat prescription before diagnosis as a sin; decompose to root causes fast.
- Decide with incomplete information, identifying and pursuing the few things that matter most.
- Bring principles for immediate and future actions, avoiding trying to do everything at once.
- Hold an absurdly high bar, understanding that small improvements can differentiate average from exceptional products.
- Prioritize making the best decision over being right, updating rapidly with new evidence.
- Reason from data and design experiments that isolate cause.
- Engage deeply with engineers to discuss systems, not just roadmaps.
- Already push LLM tooling into your own work and desire to go further.
- Own a product strategy end-to-end that resulted in significant impact.
- Love building 0 to 1 products.
- Thrive in high-stakes systems with legal, ethical, and financial constraints that sharpen creativity.
