About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our subsidiaries, with a focus on volume recruiting. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to shape recruiting processes that support our growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group.
- Focus on recruiting processes in occupational health, company medical services, and related operational roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, define search strategies, and ensure clear, structured selection processes.
- Conduct structured interviews, provide professional assessments, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain an overview of multiple concurrent vacancies through structure, prioritization, and pragmatism.
- Identify suitable talents through relevant channels and approach them in a target-group-specific manner.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for demanding and high-volume roles.
- Build and maintain talent pools and long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Contribute ideas for a more visible, approachable, and compelling employer brand in recruiting.
- Advise hiring managers, management, and internal stakeholders on recruiting, market approach, and selection decisions.
- Manage external recruiting partners when necessary, ensuring quality, speed, and communication.
- Analyze recruiting metrics regularly and derive concrete improvements for processes, channels, and search strategies.
- Actively participate in the further development of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience, and employer branding.
- Contribute to team projects to make recruiting scalable, professional, and human within a growing corporate group.
Requirements
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles.
- Strong expertise in active sourcing and target-group-specific direct approach.
- Familiarity with ATS, modern recruiting tools, AI applications, and prompt usage.
- Excellent consulting skills in dealing with hiring managers, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Structured, independent, and reliable work approach.
- Good intuition for people, communication, and diverse target groups.
- Enjoyment in taking over operational recruiting processes while simultaneously developing processes, standards, and structures.
- Confident communication in German; English skills are a plus.
- Experience in recruiting for GTM roles, occupational health, company medical services, health & safety, healthcare, or comparable fields is helpful.
- Experience in building scalable recruiting structures in a growing organization is helpful.
- Agency experience or experience in a highly dynamic recruiting environment is helpful.
- Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing, or developing target-group-specific campaigns is helpful.
- Affinity for KPIs, reporting, and data-driven recruiting is helpful.
- Understanding of multi-entity, buy-and-build, or rapidly growing corporate structures is helpful.
