Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group.
  • Focus on recruiting processes in occupational health, company medical services, and related operational roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, define search strategies, and ensure clear, structured selection processes.
  • Conduct structured interviews, provide professional assessments, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain an overview of multiple concurrent vacancies through structure, prioritization, and pragmatism.
  • Identify suitable talents through relevant channels and approach them in a target-group-specific manner.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for demanding and high-volume roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Contribute ideas for a more visible, approachable, and compelling employer brand in recruiting.
  • Advise hiring managers, management, and internal stakeholders on recruiting, market approach, and selection decisions.
  • Manage external recruiting partners when necessary, ensuring quality, speed, and communication.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics regularly and derive concrete improvements for processes, channels, and search strategies.
  • Actively participate in the further development of recruiting processes, interview standards, reporting, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  • Contribute to team projects to make recruiting scalable, professional, and human within a growing corporate group.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles.
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing and target-group-specific direct approach.
  • Familiarity with ATS, modern recruiting tools, AI applications, and prompt usage.
  • Excellent consulting skills in dealing with hiring managers, management, and internal stakeholders.
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work approach.
  • Good intuition for people, communication, and diverse target groups.
  • Enjoyment in taking over operational recruiting processes while simultaneously developing processes, standards, and structures.
  • Confident communication in German; English skills are a plus.
  • Experience in recruiting for GTM roles, occupational health, company medical services, health & safety, healthcare, or comparable fields is helpful.
  • Experience in building scalable recruiting structures in a growing organization is helpful.
  • Agency experience or experience in a highly dynamic recruiting environment is helpful.
  • Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing, or developing target-group-specific campaigns is helpful.
  • Affinity for KPIs, reporting, and data-driven recruiting is helpful.
