About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and user-focused Product Analyst to join our growing Delivery Performance & Planning team. This role blends hands-on product support with foundational product management responsibilities, acting as the 'voice of the customer' to manage the product backlog and translate needs into user stories. The primary duty is to ensure user success and support, with a secondary focus on shaping the future of Delivery products and services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of expert support for product-related inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Triage, investigate, reproduce, and document bugs and feature requests.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure timely resolution of user-reported issues.
- Own processes surrounding product and relationships with vendor partners.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Analyze support tickets, user interviews, and feedback channels to identify pain points, user needs, and product opportunities.
- Assist Product Managers in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap.
- Translate user needs into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on bug fixes, usability improvements, and small enhancements.
- Analyze product usage data to understand feature adoption and validate work impact.
- Develop reports to aid customers in data-driven decision making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, product support, and the user feedback lifecycle.
- Clearly communicate product updates, release notes, and bug fixes to stakeholders and end-users.
- Host training and information sessions across all products supported by the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- An innate curiosity and a strong sense of empathy for users.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the field of product management.
- Natural problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of all MS Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).
Skills
- Basic to intermediate skills for data analysis (SQL, Power BI, Databricks)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, or technical specifications.
