About the Role

Troubleshoot and conduct tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. Utilize various test equipment, log information in technical databases, and understand engineering schematics. Requires intermediate troubleshooting skills to diagnose failures to the component level in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests on RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products.
  • Use a variety of test equipment.
  • Log information in technical databases.
  • Possess a basic understanding of engineering schematics.
  • Perform intermediate troubleshooting of product, subassembly, and circuit board failures to component level.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering theory
  • Electronics / RF or Digital Troubleshooting Experience
  • Experience with L3Harris RFCD products and assembly processes
  • Perform LabVIEW driven automated tests
  • Familiar with basic test equipment (Signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers)
  • Read and understand schematic diagrams
  • MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong Customer focus
  • Identify problems and contribute to process improvements
  • Familiarity with basic computer software (Microsoft Word and Excel)
