About the Role
Double Care ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person supervision and support for a 2-year-old client once a week. This role involves evaluating clients, creating behavior plans, training staff, and conducting parent training. Immediate onboarding is available for this W2 position.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
- Work with behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
- Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, and summarize/analyze behavioral data.
- Provide ongoing training to staff on crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- NY LBA.
