About the Role
Clementine Northshore is a residential treatment program for adolescents with eating disorders. We support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate life's challenges free of the eating disorder.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
- Provide support and intervention consistent with the client’s treatment plan.
- Engage clients in developing healthy connections with peers and the team.
- Assist in food preparation and supervision of client meals and snacks.
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and develop core skills for clinical growth.
- Conduct rounds and provide observations.
- Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.
Requirements
- At least two years of post-high school education.
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired.
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License with a safe driving history.
- Good communication and client relations skills.
- Service orientation.
- Flexibility.
