As a General Manager, you will operate our clubs, ensuring members have an excellent experience daily. You will lead a culture of excellence, collaborating with club support and regional management to implement improvements and achieve key metrics. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Inspirational leader with collaboration skills.
- Proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
- Experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers.
- Exposure to financial planning and management.
- Passionate about customer service.
