Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences through a blend of face-to-face, virtual and mixed learning methods.
- Design and deliver training that develops technical knowledge, regulatory understanding and essential soft skills, adapting your approach to suit different learning styles and ensuring all learners can actively participate and succeed.
- Support learners throughout their development journey, providing coaching, guidance and constructive feedback to help them build confidence and capability.
- Enhance training content and delivery using feedback and assessment outcomes, while staying up to date with learning best practice.
- Ensure learning solutions are inclusive, accessible and aligned with organisational goals by working collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven background in presentation and facilitation, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Experience of using various training tools and technologies, including virtual learning platforms.
- A track record of both designing and delivering training both in person and virtually.
- A background of working within an in-house Learning and Development function.
