About the Role

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a driven individual to manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by collaborating with internal teams and general contractors. The role involves engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedules, with a primary focus on driving critical project tasks and processes for compliance and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion.
  • Manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects.
  • Collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project’s lifecycle.
  • Ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.
  • Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle.
  • Complete tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
  • Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon’s best practices.
  • Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.

Requirements

  • Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in project management or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Curtainwall/glass and glazing experience required.

  • $120,000/yr.-$145,000/yr.
