About the Role

As an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and promotions.
  • Build customer satisfaction and loyalty, creating results for teammates, customers, and the company.
  • Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.
  • Track and meet payroll, budgets, and store goals.
  • Keep records and relevant financial information current.
  • Manage, schedule, and assign staff according to their skill level.
  • Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
  • Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
  • Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
  • Ability to assist customers with personal sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Must possess a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
  • Must be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • If hired, a Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification must be completed at the start of employment.
