About the Role

As a Grants Officer, you will lead the grants administration process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in line with regulatory requirements. You will be the primary contact for applicants and grant holders, providing guidance and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the grants administration process.
- Collate all grant applications.
- Check if essential criteria have been met.
- Progress applications to the appropriate grants' approval stage.
- Support the in-house grants function.
- Ensure the process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for applicants and grant holders.
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Help resolve issues that arise for applicants and grant holders.
- Work closely with individual grant holders to ensure appropriate use of the grant.
- Report on grant spend and performance.
- Ensure all compliance issues are met.
Requirements
- Strong background in processing and analysing grants.
- Experience and knowledge in grants allocation and coordination of processes.
- Ability to build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Substantial experience of using web content and grants management tools.
- In-depth experience of supporting financial and performance reporting.
- Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required.
- Colleagues are required to inform their line manager of their intention to apply for a secondment opportunity.

- London - £35,937 - £41,748 per annum pro rata
