Responsibilities

  • Help clients manage their accounts and products.
  • Focus on the client experience and make interactions meaningful.
  • Connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals.
  • Listen, ask questions, and put yourself in the client’s shoes.
  • Take accountability for client issues and collaborate for better solutions.
  • Introduce clients to our mobile banking applications.
  • Help clients better manage their banking needs.
  • Answer questions.
  • Assist with transactions.
  • Proactively connect clients with the right team members.
  • Be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals.
  • Be flexible to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Requirements

  • You need to be legally eligible to work at the specified location(s).
  • Where applicable, must have a valid work or study permit.
  • May be asked to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests.
  • May be asked to complete simulation, coding, or French proficiency tests.
