About the Role
This strategic leadership position bridges the AI-First Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) with enterprise governance, capability modeling, and global operational transformation. You will define frameworks and standards for responsible AI-enabled capability development, alignment to business strategy, and embedding continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the AI-First Product Development Lifecycle, ensuring the PDLC framework reflects AI-First standards.
- Oversee end-to-end process documentation and mapping using AI-powered tools.
- Conduct AI-enhanced LEAN assessments of key operational processes and develop improvement roadmaps.
- Define process governance models, performance standards (KPIs/OKRs), and ownership frameworks.
- Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Investment teams to ensure AI-enabled processes are aligned and controlled.
- Engage senior stakeholders across businesses and regions to drive strategic alignment.
- Build and develop a high-performing team of business architects and process specialists.
Requirements
- Extensive financial services leadership experience in complex, global environments.
- Hands-on experience in AI governance or intelligent automation.
- Experience with capability modeling, business architecture frameworks, and process documentation tools.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite and Managing Director-level stakeholders.
- Track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; Master's degree preferred.
- Background in regulatory compliance, audit support, model risk management, or LEAN methodologies is advantageous.
