About the Role

Join our cutting-edge FX Technology team to enhance client product experience, re-engineer order offerings for performance and quality, and drive AI adoption within our electronic trading ecosystem. You will work at the heart of the platform, transforming client experience and enabling faster technology change.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and trading partners to create perfect technology solutions for FX clients’ needs.
  • Manage implementation efforts across the Autobahn technology stack, driving excellence in architectural design and delivery.
  • Invest in automated testing and smart test-driven development.
  • Conduct performance research and apply out-of-the-box thinking to develop highly performant technology solutions.
  • Create clear and concise documentation and roadmaps for technology and business partners.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the core Java platform.
  • Experience in performance optimization of multi-threaded Java applications or familiarity with no-GC Java coding is a plus.
  • Solid experience implementing order management/order routing infrastructure for electronic trading products (FX, Rates, Equity or Listed Derivs).
  • Experience with development of fault-tolerant transaction management architectures.
  • Experience with test-driven development and ability to design efficient, fast-paced development setups for high-quality delivery.
