About the Role

Johnson & Johnson is dedicated to improving health through healthcare innovation. This role is part of the DePuy Synthes, an upcoming standalone orthopaedics company, focused on delivering breakthroughs that impact health for humanity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large Hospital Systems and Procurement customers in Canada.
  • Develop and maintain high-level stakeholder relationships within Hospitals.
  • Build overarching tender strategies for the business unit to ensure successful outcomes from regional tender bids.
  • Drive adoption of key internal commercial transformation initiatives in the region.
  • Implement strategic growth initiatives in the region and maintain local stakeholder relationships.
  • Build strategic relationships at targeted hospitals.
  • Support Head of Sales and field force to attain revenue growth goals.
  • Ensure 100% success rate on bid strategies.
  • Proactively plan Orthopedics bid strategies and maintain a funnel of prospects.
  • Drive growth from regional opportunities, like NHSF (ASC).
  • Build stakeholder relationships outside hospitals, including policy, payers, and industry associations to enable funding pathways for innovations.
  • Lead Commercial Transformation initiatives (CXM, for example) and coordinate with global leaders for resources and guidance.
  • Support Sales initiatives within the region.
  • Provide input for annual business plans.
  • Support Sales Enablement teams on processes for commercial approvals.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of Sales Leadership and/or Key Account Management experience.
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Canadian Procurement knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of People Management experience.
  • Experience in Building cross-sector Partnerships.
  • Experience in Engaging High-level stakeholders.
  • University Bachelor’s degree.
  • Up to 60% domestic travel, as needed.
