About the Role
Lead the transformation of the marketing function by driving AI adoption, identifying and scaling AI solutions, mapping key marketing processes, and building a change management model. This role also involves owning the Martech stack, managing the budget, and driving ROI through AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Act as the driving force behind AI adoption across the Corporates Europe marketing organisation.
- Identify, pilot and scale AI solutions that take on execution-heavy work.
- Map key marketing processes end-to-end.
- Build the change management, training and governance model for AI adoption.
- Represent Corporates Europe in Thomson Reuters' broader AI-in-marketing agenda.
- Review, rationalise and optimise the martech stack supporting marketing operations.
- Partner closely with the Corporates US marketing operations team for platform alignment.
- Build the business case for new capability, working with IT, procurement and vendors.
- Take ownership of the Corporates Europe marketing operations budget.
- Build robust ROI measurement across campaigns, channels and tools.
- Use AI-driven insight and reporting to give leadership a sharper, faster view of what's working.
- Take line management responsibility for the Design and Content teams.
- Take on line management of Design, Conten and Campaign Activation.
- Coach and develop the team through a period of real transformation.
Requirements
- A track record in marketing operations, marketing transformation or a related discipline, ideally within a complex, matrixed, international organisation.
- Real, hands-on experience with AI in a marketing context.
- Proven ability to map and redesign processes, and to translate that understanding into practical automation and AI use cases.
- Strong martech expertise — platform selection, integration and optimisation.
- Experience aligning ways of working across regions or teams.
- Commercial fluency: comfortable owning a budget, building a business case and demonstrating ROI to senior stakeholders.
- People leadership experience, with the ability to bring diverse teams together around a shared, AI-enabled way of working.
- The mindset of a builder: comfortable with ambiguity, energised by experimentation, and unafraid to challenge 'the way we've always done it'.
