About the Role
The Terrace at Eddy Memorial in Troy, NY has an opportunity for a full-time LPN to work day shift (7am-3pm) with a rotating weekend schedule. This role involves providing nursing care to residents under the direction of the Nursing Director and overseeing a team of resident assistants.
Responsibilities
- Provide the nursing care of residents under the direction of the Nursing Director
- Oversee a team of resident assistants
- Delegate select responsibilities to ensure the highest level of resident care and aide
- Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values
Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
- 1+ year of experience as a LPN (training available for the right candidate)
- 1+ year working in a skilled nursing facility
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day-to-day duties and responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to engage within a team setting
- Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
