About the Role

The Construction Scheduler will support a portfolio of major electrical substation and transmission projects, requiring solid experience and exceptional communication and analytical skills in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand conceptual plans, scope documents, and designs for electrical transmission and developer interconnection projects.
• Facilitate the preparation and creation of schedules.
• Review the baseline/execution schedules.
• Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• Perform critical path and float analysis reporting.
• Report schedule status to project management and clients.
• Provide analysis of historical data for future planning and forecasting.
• Perform other associated responsibilities.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Extensive P6 experience.
• In-depth knowledge/proficiency of projects within the utility industry.
• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel, skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
