About the Role
The Experiential Senior Producer will oversee agency projects, managing client and project lifecycles. This role involves leading production teams, adapting to changing needs, and ensuring high-quality execution for luxury clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multi-channel projects including IRL experiential events for fashion, beauty, spirits, and lifestyle brands.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans from inception to completion, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and manage deliverables and deadlines.
- Lead production teams, delegate responsibilities, and set project milestones.
- Translate creative concepts into actionable project plans, vendor timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure integrated event solutions are innovative, strategically relevant, and enhance brand equity.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project tracking documentation.
- Develop and manage large budgets, reconcile post-event finances, and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Build budget models for pitching and RFP phases.
- Manage onsite teams for seamless installation and execution.
- Travel to projects as needed.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, managing expectations effectively.
- Create and manage project documentation, including timelines and production schedules.
- Source venues and vendors, negotiating contracts.
- Liaise with internal Creative, Account Management, and Production Service Departments.
- Obtain necessary city, event, and build permits.
- Manage client relationships regarding production issues, needs, and expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a lead Producer or Senior Producer in experiential production.
- Experience in a client-facing and production role within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of developing and managing large, complex projects and teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and managing seven-figure budgets.
- Fluent in Google Suite and Excel.
- Experience with Asana is a plus.
- Must be a proactive, thoughtful, and strategic thinker.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be resourceful, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must deliver unsurpassed client and customer service.
- Must have excellent prioritization skills and the ability to shift focus easily.
- Must have a broad network of contacts in the experiential marketing and production industries.
- Must have experience managing multiple luxury clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledgeable in fabrication, technical production, permitting, catering, and staffing.
- Must be a positive team player and leader who fosters collaboration and is solution-oriented.
