About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Segment Marketing Lead to drive strategic growth across the Pacific region. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, sales, and customer engagement, helping shape how Schneider Electric competes, grows, and delivers value across key industry segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute segment marketing strategies aligned to business growth objectives and market priorities
  • Identify customer, market, and competitive insights to uncover new growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning
  • Build compelling value propositions, messaging, and segment narratives that clearly differentiate Schneider Electric's solutions
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams
  • Drive thought leadership through industry engagement, strategic content, customer programs, and market-facing initiatives
  • Foster collaboration across teams to deliver a consistent customer experience and measurable business outcomes

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years' experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, business development, go-to-market, or similar B2B roles
  • Experience positioning and commercialising technology-based solutions across industries such as energy, automation, software, electrical infrastructure, or digital technologies
  • Strong understanding of customer buying journeys, market segmentation, value proposition development, and demand generation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Experience working with customers across Industrial, Buildings, Infrastructure, Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, or Data Centre markets will be highly regarded
