About the Role

Provide significant decision making, project, and administrative support to the CIO and the Executive Committee team, managing business issues and ensuring efficient time management for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, escalate, and delegate business issues within the organization with clear instructions and deadlines.
  • Manage senior leader and executive diaries, ensuring focus on agreed priorities and supporting efficient time management.
  • Process and submit invoices for payment, ensuring expenses are within budget, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Build effective partnership relationships with other personal assistants and teams across the business.
  • Ensure written and verbal communications are designed to deliver results.
  • Organize business travel, manage general travel expenses, event management, and office sundries.
  • Establish efficient reporting channels to monitor progress of business issues.
  • Manage correspondence on behalf of Directors, prioritizing and cascading/escalating as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of similar roles or experience operating at Senior PA level.
  • Highly developed prioritization and organization skills.
  • Professional manner with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Proficient networking skills.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced commercial environment.
