About the Role

As an Enterprise Engagement Manager, you will lead the delivery, adoption, and success of AI solutions for large enterprise customers. This hybrid role combines program management, product enablement, and customer partnership to transform AI concepts into impactful, scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and adoption of AI solutions from post-POC rollout through expansion.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans.
• Orchestrate alignment across business, IT, and data stakeholders within large organizations.
• Define and measure success by tracking adoption, usage, and business impact.
• Lead enablement and training sessions to help customers operationalize AI solutions.
• Coordinate between internal Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure project velocity.
• Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps.
• Provide structured field feedback to influence product roadmaps and delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects involving AI, data, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Business-technical fluency to communicate effectively with executives, engineers, and users.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
