About the Role

In this role, you will help turn data, technology, and commercial insights into stronger sales outcomes. You will own and improve the way we identify, prioritise, and activate high-value leads across the UK market, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams. By combining analytical thinking, scalable processes, and AI-enabled tools, you will make lead management more efficient, more targeted, and more commercially impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue impact by acquiring new business, developing existing customers, and scaling B2B activation through high-quality leads.
  • Identify, validate, score, route, prioritize, and continuously optimize leads using state-of-the-art technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and data-driven insights based on value contribution, conversion potential, and commercial relevance.
  • Work closely with sales directors and account managers to understand their requirements and maximize sales value.
  • Own and improve lead management processes to ensure operational excellence, business alignment, efficiency, and quality, including the smart use of automation and AI-supported workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to deliver process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, Lead Management or a similar analytical business environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of systems, data, performance metrics, and how AI-enabled tools can improve lead prioritization, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to understand both business objectives and technical requirements, effectively bridging the gap between business, data, and technology teams.
  • Proactive stakeholder management with excellent communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration, particularly in managing and driving data-driven projects.
