About the Role
Mood Health is a collaborative group practice dedicated to making a difference in the mental health community by providing quality care accessible to all income levels. We offer a supportive work environment for our therapists and psychiatrists, accepting various insurance types to serve a diverse patient base. Our W2 position provides flexibility, caseload stability, and clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tele-health sessions on our platform
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
- Develop meaningful connections with clients
- Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist
Requirements
- Unrestricted, fully licensed therapists
- Willing to provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care
- Comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software
- Previous telemedicine experience is a plus
- Willing to become licensed in California (process and cost covered by company)
- Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) in good standing
- Must be able to provide tele-heath sessions
- 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals

Salary/Compensations
- $70 per 53 minute session
- $55 per hour (Supervision)
- $40 per hour (Onboarding, training, meetings, and missed/canceled appointments)
