About the Role
iCapital seeks an Associate or Assistant Vice President for the Structured Investments team to support client management and business development within the Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) channel. This client-facing role focuses on delivering and supporting iCapital's technology solutions, offering broad exposure to client relationships and contributing to platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Relationship Managers in day-to-day account management and business development for IBD clients and prospects.
- Assist with platform demonstrations, RFP responses, and coordination with internal teams for enterprise technology solutions.
- Manage ongoing client relationships by handling follow-ups, tracking open items, and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners on tactical and strategic initiatives for the IBD channel.
- Support internal project management, including CRM data maintenance, pipeline tracking, and team reporting.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for client integrations and platform functionality delivery.
- Develop expertise in iCapital's product suite and structured investments to serve as a client resource.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing, business development, or relationship management role, preferably in financial services or enterprise technology.
- Foundational knowledge of structured investments with a desire to deepen expertise.
- Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms, specifically BDs is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses if not already held.
