About the Role

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Noninvasive Cardiologist to join their staff in central New York. This role offers the opportunity to practice within an integrated system, benefit from an academic affiliation with Columbia University, and teach cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and office setting.
• Conduct noninvasive testing including MRI, CT, echo, and nuclear cardiology.
• Read echos and nuclear scans with dedicated reading time.
• Participate in outpatient, inpatient, and regional patient care.
• Utilize the integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record.
• Teach cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students.
• Participate in night call three times monthly with fellow and resident support.

Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS.
• BC/BE in ABIM Cardiovascular Disease.
• Completion of an accredited USA Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
• New York State Licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS Certification Required.
• DEA required.

Salary/Compensations

• $610,000 - $712,000
