About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop machine learning and AI solutions for customer operations. This role involves NLU, machine learning, and experimentation, with a focus on data preparation and understanding model performance drivers. You will build and enhance NLU models, create solutions with structured data, implement pipelines, and evaluate new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning models and pipelines.
• Prepare, generate, curate, and validate datasets from SQL and other sources.
• Design and execute experiments to enhance model performance and measure outcomes.
• Develop machine learning solutions using both text and structured data.
• Investigate and apply new research, techniques, and tools to practical business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand issues, deliver data-driven solutions, and present findings.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and experimental design.
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills.
• Understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and data quality.
• Ability to analyze machine learning model performance and identify influencing factors.
• Good understanding of AI assistant tools, including their capabilities, limitations, and appropriate usage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a data scientist.
