About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Direct the operational efforts and strategies of the food and beverage outlet.
- Supervise restaurant associates - bartenders, servers, dining room attendants, and host staff.
- Train associates on service standards and ensure that they are being used correctly.
- Assist with the smooth daily operation of the restaurant that includes demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open communication between management and staff.
- Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
- Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
- Participate in daily stand-ups with staff and weekly food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
- Ensure all food served meets quality standards.
- Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
- Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
- Toast system experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
