About the Role
As a Team Lead at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth. This role involves classroom management, curriculum implementation, family communication, and mentoring new hires.
Responsibilities
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.
- Communicate and build relationships with families.
- Assist with the management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow Teachers.
- Create fun, interactive learning experiences for preschool children.
- Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

- $21.05-$21.87 hourly
