About the Role

Searcys is seeking a Chef De Partie to join their team at the IOD venue. This role involves supporting the Sous/Head Chef, mentoring junior staff, and delivering high-quality food that creates lasting memories.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to a high standard in any area required by senior chefs.
• Assist in extra functions.
• Provide consistently high standards for functions and different dining areas.
• Manage Client Dining, staff restaurant, hospitality, and conference food offers when requested by senior chefs.
• Assist in the training of junior staff.
• Ensure smooth running of daily operations.
• Conduct hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
• Maintain staff food standards.
• Manage waste control.
• Ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy.
• Comply with all legal requirements, including fire regulations, security, licence requirements, and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
• Fulfill any other reasonable request from Senior Management.
