About the Role

Responsibilities
- Recruit and enroll students at the campus.
- Take lead calls and track lead inquiries.
- Manage enrollment activity and paperwork.
- Complete student files accurately.
- Track marketing and sales activities and produce reports.
- Represent the school at career fairs, job fairs, and similar events.
- Participate in student orientation and registration activities.
Requirements
- Must have obtained a bachelor's degree.
- Highly motivated and solution-oriented, aligning with campus core values.
- Sales, marketing, and referral-lead-generating experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Public speaking experience is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Desire to see others succeed.
- Ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals with measurable results.
