About the Role

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will support field GTM teams, including Sales, Presales, and partner-facing roles. You will transform complex requirements and centrally built content into tailored enablement for in-region delivery, spanning preboarding, onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for the region, from needs assessment through design, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement.
  • Translate complex product, packaging, and process requirements into clear, usable enablement for the field.
  • Repackage and redeliver globally built content in region, adjusting for market context, local go-to-market motions, and time zones.
  • Tailor depth, format, and delivery to the audience, from new hire ramp through experienced sellers, presales, and frontline managers.
  • Design and facilitate live sessions, workshops, and on-demand content that hold up across roles and regions.
  • Manage the in-region enablement cadence, including calendar, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organization, aligning global program owners, product, and regional GTM leaders on strategy, sequencing, and execution.
  • Measure program efficacy at both program and audience impact levels, and connect enablement to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in GTM or sales enablement, SaaS focused.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Presales, BDR, and related teams’ dynamics.
  • Technical acumen to support technical audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across senior GTM leaders, global program owners, and cross functional partners.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining success measures and reporting on program and business impact.
  • Regional expertise, with working knowledge of local market and go-to-market dynamics.
  • Experience with AI tools and an understanding of AI technologies.
