About the Role
Join Education GmbH, a Berlin-based company specializing in vocational training through Erasmus+ projects. We are seeking to strengthen our team in the 'International Projects & Erasmus+' department in Berlin for a 35-hour work week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate international mobility projects, including communication with foreign partner and sending organizations.
- Organize and manage the application and selection process (document management, interviews, internship inquiries).
- Plan and organize stays, including booking and managing accommodations.
- Support participants before, during, and after their stay, including welcome, mid-term, and final meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks, specifically creating, managing, and sending project-related documents.
- Assist with financial administration.
Requirements
- Entry-level or some experience in organizing international projects or mobility programs.
- Strong communication skills and pronounced intercultural competence.
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented work style.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- German language skills at least at C1 level.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
