About the Role

As Product Manager Styling & Collaborations, you will shape and execute Bugaboo’s styling and collaboration strategy, a key pillar for strengthening and reclaiming our leadership position. You will identify partnership opportunities, lead collaboration execution, and ensure a commercially relevant styling direction across the portfolio. You will also develop the fabrics and colour roadmap with the Fabric Designer, manage product development projects, and monitor in-market product performance.

Responsibilities

Drive the Styling & Collaborations strategy, including positioning and pricing, while maintaining a continuous rhythm of new introductions across the stroller and accessories portfolio in line with Bugaboo’s design vision, market trends, and business needs.
Take commercial ownership within the new styling product development process, creating business cases and financial evaluations of product opportunities.
Gather, analyse, and share consumer, market, and trend insights related to colours and styling.
Understand regional differences and customer preferences and support clusters in forecasting.
Lead the implementation of the fabrics library to make colour swatches available earlier, enabling improved forecasting accuracy across regions.
Own and drive the delivery of styling initiatives through strong project management of new product development projects (stage gate process), owning and delivering key deliverables across the project.

Requirements

Over 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles, product and project management.
Highly organized with a strong eye for detail.
Problem solver.
Fluent in English.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
Enjoy working on a variety of tasks in a hands-on and dynamic environment.
Dependable, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
Available to work from our Amsterdam HQ office at least twice a week.
Available for 40 hours a week.
Sharing a portfolio or presentation of previous projects is strongly encouraged.
