About the Role
Build and lead SkyCell's relationships with freight forwarders at the HQ and regional level, turning transactional shipping relationships into strategic, long-term partnerships. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role at the intersection of sales, partnership management, and pharma logistics, shaping how important medicines move globally.
Responsibilities
- Own key forwarder relationships end-to-end, including winning new logos, defending and growing existing accounts, and building C-suite relationships.
- Build strategic partnerships with major global forwarders by aligning with leadership on joint business plans and co-developing improvement initiatives.
- Drive adoption of SkyCell's programs and product suite across the forwarder network.
- Lead deals cross-functionally, pulling in relevant teams to shape and close commercial opportunities.
- Maintain clear account maps, stakeholder landscapes, and forecasts, and feed market and competitive intelligence back into the business.
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain partnerships, ideally with exposure to pharma or another regulated, high-value cargo segment.
- Track record of managing B2B partnerships or key accounts at the HQ/executive level.
- Comfort working both strategically and hands-on.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with sales colleagues and specialists.
- Must be located in, or able to relocate (without sponsorship) to one of the advertised locations.
